Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1

Service Agreement

By bringing your device to Gadget Repair, you agree to our service terms. We will provide repair services as agreed upon during the initial assessment. All repairs are subject to our quality standards and warranty terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a device is beyond repair, poses a safety risk, or if the customer is unable to provide proof of ownership.

2

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required upon completion of the repair service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers. A deposit may be required for certain high-value repairs or custom orders.

3

Warranty Information

All repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering workmanship and parts. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water damage, or unauthorized modifications after the repair.

Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and the device must be returned to our shop for assessment. We reserve the right to determine if a warranty claim is valid.

4

Device Data and Privacy

While we take every precaution to protect your data, we cannot guarantee that data will not be lost during the repair process. We strongly recommend backing up your device before bringing it in for service.

We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during repairs. Customers are advised to remove sensitive information or perform a backup before service.

5

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

In the event of damage to your device during repair, our liability is limited to the fair market value of the device at the time of service, not exceeding the original purchase price.
